On and On PR & Marketing is a labor of love for its president and founder, Donna Hardwick. Donna launched On and On in Los Angeles in 2007, On and On handles strategy, project management, and high-level press outreach and marketing initiatives on behalf of its clients.

On and On’s areas of expertise include public relations, social media, grass roots marketing, event marketing, corporate communications and event management. Donna’s entertainment experience was gained through years of working in worlds of both public and commercial television. On and On has developed extensive marketing, public relations and event campaigns on behalf of film, television and entertainment projects including Islam: What a Billion Muslims Really Think, The Pact, Through a Dog’s Eyes, Thoroughbred, Slavery by Another Name, Art Wolfe’s Travels to the Edge; and WETA’s online book, technology and culture community, inReads.com.

In addition to its media-related projects On and On works with corporate and non-profit clients to help manage and develop their marketing and branding campaigns. Some highlights include the Grand Opening of Fred Segal Green in Los Angeles; Fifth year anniversary celebration of Yoga Loft studios in Greater Boston; special summer promotional campaign for MAC Photography in Portsmouth, NH; rebranding of Touchstone Farms in Temple, NH; relaunch of the children’s multimedia edutainment property, Wisharoopark.com.

Opening On and On has been a lifelong dream of president and founder, Donna Hardwick. Prior to On and On she spent 15+ years in both an agency and in-house capacity managing strategic planning, public relations, event marketing, project management, corporate communications, station relations and outreach.

From grass roots marketing to the promotion of Emmy® Award-winners, Donna is an insightful and flexible team player who knows how to quickly adapt to the twists and turns facing all of us today in the worlds of social media, word of mouth marketing and public relations campaigns. Donna’s experience has led her to the creation of On and On and her current work handling project management, strategy and high-level press outreach on behalf of her clients. After opening up the company in Los Angeles, Donna recently relocated to the Greater Boston area where she continues to attract clients from all parts of the country. Here she has positioned her company to handle national-level campaigns by continuing to work with select team members in the Los Angeles, Washington D.C. and New York City areas. Her structure with On and On, to bring in the best team members to help manage and support each campaign, in the end, provides client with a truly customized experience.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the past companies and projects that Donna has been involved with over the years: Unity Productions Foundation’s Prince Among Slaves; Discovery Channel; Jimmy Kimmel Live; America’s Next Top Model; Wired Science; Cities of Light; KCET; and Debmar-Mercury. While working at WGBH Educational Foundation in Boston she handled station relations marketing on behalf of Antiques Roadshow, NOVA, This Old House, New Yankee Workshop, The Victory Garden, and Africans in America.

Outside of On and On, Donna has served on numerous boards including AFC Mentoring in Boston, Massachusetts and most recently partnered with Foster Kids of Merrimack Valley. While living on the west coast she also served on the Speaker’s Series steering committee for UNICEF Los Angeles chapter. Donna is most at peace while spending time with her amazing daughter, Simone and equally delicious pooch, Boo!
